Savannah design is woven throughout this historic landmark. The Mansion on Forsyth Park exhibits dramatic architecture, interiors, and gardens to create an extraordinary environment perfect for memorable getaways, meetings, and events. The Victorian Romanesque, two-story brick and terra cotta Mansion features turret and heavy arches that represent drama and fantasy. The interior of the Mansion features 14 and 15 feet ceilings, original oak millwork, mahogany and teak paneling and molding, hard wood floors, and a beautiful grand staircase. The lobby, restaurant, two bars and the Grand Bohemian Art Gallery are located in the main hotel. The hotel features a culinary art cooking school with daily and weekly programs that can accommodate up to 16 people. The hotel accepts small dogs (under 20 lbs.).

700 Drayton

Located on site at the Mansion on Forsyth Park is the 700 Kitchen Cooking School. This state of the art culinary facility is dedicated to teaching the art of cooking to those anxious to become a professional at-home chef. Classes typically last between 2 1/2 - 3 hours each. Topics covered in each class change periodically. All classes include hands-on participation and of course some sampling. Whether with your spouse or with a group, the classes will open your eyes and ovens to new and delicious cooking ideas.

Take I-95 South to I-16 East Continue to Downtown Savannah. I-16 Ends at Montgomery Street. Take Montgomery 3 blocks to Liberty Street. Turn right. Take Liberty Street approximately 3 blocks to Whitaker Street. Turn right on Whitaker. Take Whitaker Street approx. 12 blocks to Forsyth Park on your left. Drive to the end of Forsyth Park to Park Ave and turn left. Go to Drayton Street and turn left. The hotel’s entrance will be on your right.
From the North:
